I was treated poorly by the owner; he scheduled an appointment but kept me waiting for two hours just to appraise my car. The prices are outrageous. When I asked him about the cost and the work to be done, the owner was very rude to me and told me to leave the shop; he also prioritized other cars that arrived later over mine. It was the worst place I've ever been to.

If you value your time, I’d recommend choosing another shop. I’m going on a road trip soon, so I just wanted to have my car inspected and make sure everything was good to go. I originally made an appointment several days in advance for today (7/12/26) at 10:00 AM, which was the earliest available time. Yesterday (7/11/26), I received a text saying my appointment had to be pushed back to 11:00 AM. It was an inconvenience, but I rearranged my other plans to accommodate the change. I arrived at 11:00 AM, but my car wasn’t actually taken into the shop until around 11:35/11:40 AM. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that businesses can get backed up. However, that’s exactly where communication comes in, and there was none. The lack of communication and respect for a customer’s time was unacceptable. It completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. To make matters worse, once my car was finished, an employee told me to “give me a few minutes” so I could pay. It then took another 10–15 minutes just to pull my car out of the bay, followed by another 10–15 minutes to process the paperwork. By that point, my patience was running thin. Outstanding customer service! Jonathan was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He made sure my car was ready when promised and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend working with him if you visit Firestone.

What stood out most was how honest and straightforward he was—he didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The service was quick, efficient, and done well. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust with your car, but Jonathan definitely earned that trust. I’d absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit Firestone.

I recently had my car serviced at Firestone and had a great experience thanks to Jonathan. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without making it feel overwhelming. It's obvious he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
